Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst & Digitalization Specialist to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Support the creation and delivery of daily, weekly, and monthly statistics to track production outcomes.
- Develop new reports and conduct ad-hoc analyses to support decision-making processes.
- Perform Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to uncover trends and insights in production data.
- Contribute to AI development in collaboration with the Data Scientists’ team, helping to advance customized AI solutions for production units.
- Assist in the development of automated reporting methods to improve operational efficiency.
- Participate in projects focused on automatic defect detection in the foundry, working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Lead the digitalization efforts by identifying necessary changes in the data and IT landscape to support future solutions.
- Act as a bridge between IT, Data Science, and foundry process experts to ensure alignment and achievement of goals.
What you bring:
- Proven experience in data analysis, statistics, and report generation within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) and AI development practices.
- Experience in creating and automating reports to enhance operational insights.
- Ability to drive digitalization efforts and recommend improvements in data and IT infrastructure.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
- Ability to translate technical requirements into actionable solutions for production units.
- Familiarity with the foundry process or similar manufacturing environments is advantageous.
- Willingness and ability to be onsite at the customer’s location in Södertälje.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on driving change and improving operational outcomes.
