Senior Data Governance Lead - 14435

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Data Governance Lead to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Act as a change leader to drive adoption of Data Governance practices, including Data Quality, across all business areas
Develop and deliver communication and training programs for stakeholders at all levels, from VPs and Directors to SMEs
Refine, detail and maintain the Data Governance framework, including roles and responsibilities
Build and foster an active Data Governance community that supports engagement and collaboration
Promote best practices for the use of the existing data governance toolset, in close cooperation with the tools expertise team
Collaborate closely with the Data Governance SDM, Data & Analytics Leaders and stakeholders across strategic, tactical and operational levels

What you bring:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Governance and Data Quality
Proven experience in leading change and driving adoption of governance practices in low-maturity environments
Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences and influence stakeholders effectively
Strong analytical and structured approach with a focus on process improvement
Ability to work collaboratively in a global, consensus-driven organisation, with cultural awareness and empathy
Familiarity with data catalog tools and Data Governance frameworks; CDMP certification is an advantage
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Management, Computer Science or a related field
