Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Data Governance Specialist to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Lead the development and implementation of data governance frameworks, policies and standards across the organization.
Establish and manage data ownership, stewardship and data quality initiatives to ensure accuracy, security and responsible data use.
Collaborate with IT, Legal, Compliance and Business Units to align data governance with regulatory and organizational requirements.
Develop and maintain a common data strategy and roadmap to support long-term data governance maturity.
Drive data literacy, accountability and responsible data usage throughout the organization.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize and resolve data-related issues.
Support the organization in embedding data governance practices into daily operations to enable compliant, data-driven decision-making.

What you bring:

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Management, Information Technology or a related field.
A minimum of 5–6 years of experience in data management and data governance.
Strong understanding of data governance frameworks, standards and industry best practices.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
Strong presentation, leadership and change-management capabilities.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively in fast-paced, cross-functional and global environments.
