Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Data Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Lead analysis and resolution of data-related pain points in close collaboration with business stakeholders and delivery teams
• Facilitate and drive workshops with business and IT stakeholders to capture requirements and align on data needs
• Analyze business requirements, identify root causes of data issues, and define data solutions that deliver clear business value
• Define and document action plans, user stories, and follow up on delivery progress with involved product teams
• Define the business scope and minimum viable product for Data Quality dashboards to enable measurement and follow-up of data quality
• Document data quality requirements, test plans, and test scenarios, acting as a facilitator between business stakeholders and data teams
• Describe and document data lifecycles, data flows, business processes, and end-to-end data value chains
• Compile, document, and present analysis outcomes and recommendations to stakeholders using clear and structured communication
• Build deep expertise in one or more data domains to support decision-making and provide functional guidance to colleagues and stakeholders

What you bring:

• Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Business Analyst, with a proven delivery track record
• Hands-on experience in Data Governance and Data Management, including analysis, implementation, and documentation
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and IT organizations
• Excellent analytical, structuring, and organizational skills with a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to clearly present business and technical topics through storytelling, structured arguments, and professional documentation
• Experience working in agile environments such as DevOps or similar delivery models
• Solid understanding of both business processes and IT systems
• Experience or insights within the automotive industry is considered an advantage
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, enabling participation in international projects
• University degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field
