Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights that drive business decisions, with a focus on IAM products.
Define success metrics and propose effective measurement strategies to evaluate product impact and mission progress.
Design, coordinate, and execute A/B experiments across multiple platforms to support data-driven decision-making.
Communicate quantitative insights and recommendations to key stakeholders at all levels.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, product managers, and designers, to enhance the user experience.
Contribute actively to the data science community within the organization.

What you bring:

5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, with strong proficiency in SQL (Google BigQuery), Python, or R.
Proven ability to collaborate with engineers in product development, shaping projects and translating open-ended questions into actionable analysis.
Solid expertise in designing and analyzing A/B tests, with a strong foundation in statistical methodologies.
Strong knowledge of analytical techniques, including:
- Linear and logistic regression
- Significance testing
- Statistical modeling
Experience in creating data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau or Looker Studio.
Previous experience within the organization is highly desirable.
Experience in the IAM domain is a strong plus but not mandatory.
