Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making
Develop, implement, and validate predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve real-world business challenges
Preprocess and clean raw data to ensure high quality and integrity prior to analysis
Create clear and effective visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, product management, and marketing to understand data needs and deliver relevant solutions
Prepare and present comprehensive reports summarizing key findings, methodologies, and recommendations

What you bring:

Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in data science, analytics, or a related discipline
Strong programming skills in Python or R
Solid understanding of statistical principles and their application in machine learning
Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using libraries such as pandas, NumPy, and SciPy
Deep expertise in deep learning techniques, model architectures, and hyperparameter optimization
Very good knowledge of GenAI with strong understanding of foundation models and transformer architecture
Experience in SQL and working with relational databases
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Matplotlib and Seaborn
Experience working with big data tools such as Hadoop and Spark is a plus
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure is advantageous
Familiarity with version control systems like Git
Previous experience in the field of genomics is a plus
