Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on

Design, implement, and optimize AI infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Migrate existing AI models into new, scalable environments
Build and debug machine learning pipelines in Python
Set up and manage development environments, including Jupyter Notebooks, to enable efficient model development and experimentation
Share best practices, architecture choices, and scalable AI solutions on GCP
Ensure Responsible AI principles are followed, including data governance, fairness, and explainability
Support competence development through hands-on training and mentoring

What you bring

Proven experience with Google Cloud Platform (Vertex AI, BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Functions, Cloud Run)
Deep expertise in Python and experience building and debugging ML pipelines
Strong analytical skills with the ability to take ownership and drive solutions independently
Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish
ML frameworks: scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras
LLMs and Generative AI: Gemini, LangChain, Hugging Face
Data processing: Pandas, NumPy
Visualization: Matplotlib, Seaborn
GCP tools: Vertex AI, BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Functions, Cloud Run
Responsible AI: model oversight, data governance, fairness, explainability
Experience with Git, GitHub/GitLab, and CI/CD workflows
A collaborative mindset, taking ownership while supporting shared goals and team learning
