Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Design Engineer – Electrical Machine to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Mechanical design and development of electrical machine components such as stators and rotors
  • Collaboration with suppliers to identify and implement optimal technical solutions
  • Application of tolerance analysis and precision design in component development
  • Contribution to the electrical drivetrain development for BEVs in alignment with the automotive development process
  • Active participation in agile workflows and cross-functional teamwork

What you bring:

  • MSc in Engineering or equivalent academic background with strong technical foundation
  • Proven experience in mechanical design of components with tight tolerance requirements
  • Work experience within automotive development processes (experience from this customer is required)
  • Strong ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with component suppliers
  • Familiarity with agile methods and interest in continuous improvement
  • Competence in project management and mechanical engineering (product and machine design) is a plus
