Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Design Engineer – Electrical Machine to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Mechanical design and development of electrical machine components such as stators and rotors
Collaboration with suppliers to identify and implement optimal technical solutions
Application of tolerance analysis and precision design in component development
Contribution to the electrical drivetrain development for BEVs in alignment with the automotive development process
Active participation in agile workflows and cross-functional teamwork

What you bring:

MSc in Engineering or equivalent academic background with strong technical foundation
Proven experience in mechanical design of components with tight tolerance requirements
Work experience within automotive development processes (experience from this customer is required)
Strong ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with component suppliers
Familiarity with agile methods and interest in continuous improvement
Competence in project management and mechanical engineering (product and machine design) is a plus
