Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Development Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Development of injection molded parts, packaging, and labels.
Creating and managing the development of serially produced products.
Understanding complex product and module requirements.
Making data-driven decisions throughout the development process.
Investigating and writing test plans.
Performing calculations and establishing tolerances on drawings, collaborating with suppliers on fixture and measurement plans for injection molded dilution plates.
Evaluating and testing molded goods.

What you bring:

Proficiency in 3D-CAD, preferably with surface modeling experience in Creo.
Relevant experience in the life sciences industry.
Strong ability to contribute to planning activities.
Independence and ownership in managing processes, projects, and timelines.
Excellent communication skills for reporting to lead designers and collaborating with team members.
Knowledge and experience in Six Sigma methodologies.
Ability to work effectively across departments within a matrix organization.
Strong self-leadership and presentation skills.
A results-driven and team-oriented mindset with the capability to influence outcomes.
Effective organizational and time management skills to handle multiple ongoing activities simultaneously.
