Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Be part of CI Maintenance and Improvement activities such as Artifactory backup plans, Jenkins upgrades, pipeline updates, framework changes, and process improvements for overall CI flow stability.
- Analyze CI failures, debug, identify root causes, propose solutions, and collaborate with teams.
- Work with hardware and software teams to understand product structure designs and update tools accordingly.
- Facilitate daily Scrum meetings, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to align with CI way of working.
- Prioritize and plan backlogs and continuous improvements in collaboration with development teams across sites.
- Collaborate with a culture of continuous improvement to deliver expected results.
- Coordinate with multiple development teams to meet customer requirements for build, test, and release flow.
- Support teams in maintaining CI and development environments.
- Discuss with network teams to propose secure end-to-end system solutions aligned with client needs.
What you bring:
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience in a DevOps role with a solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
- Experience in CI maintenance and improvement activities including Artifactory backup plans, Jenkins upgrades, and pipeline updates.
- Good knowledge in setting up CI end-to-end flow.
- Understanding of Agile practices and Scrum tools (e.g., Jira).
- Experience with Artifactory tools.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and networks, with the ability to propose secure connectivity solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Git/Gerrit.
- Preferred work experience with Ericsson clients.
- Knowledge of IT security (preferred but not mandatory).
- Positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to share information through documentation.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Architect mindset with a proactive, responsible approach.
