Senior DevOps Engineer - 13379

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Advocate for and implement security best practices within ALM platforms and tooling
Facilitate collaboration across teams to design and implement effective security solutions
Develop, document, and standardise secure infrastructure and software protocols
Stay current with advancements in DevOps, ALM, and cloud technologies
Coach and guide team members, while working with Product Owners to prioritise backlogs
Identify and drive improvements in tools, processes, and internal working methods
Provide operational support to business development teams using CI/CD pipelines and development platforms
Onboard and train new users, offering support with tool configuration and customisation

What you bring:

Minimum five years of relevant work experience, ideally with a focus on ALM
Academic degree in system development or equivalent experience
Proven experience coaching and guiding technical teams
Solid knowledge of Microsoft products such as TFS, Azure DevOps, and Azure (AWS or similar considered)
Strong understanding of DevOps principles and lean-agile practices
Proficiency in English (Swedish is an advantage)
Strong organisational and time-management skills, with exemplary attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently
Proactive mindset, resilience, and problem-solving skills
