Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Expert to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Develop and manage the Zephyr Scale plugin for Jira, ensuring it meets business needs.
  • Collaborate in an agile, cross-functional team with full responsibility from requirements creation to production deployment.
  • Participate in DevOps practices, driving automation and efficiency in the development lifecycle.
  • Innovate and build products and services that deliver tangible value to customers.
  • Provide end-user support, including training as necessary.

What you bring:

  • Jira Data Center administration expertise, with a solid understanding of how to implement changes and their impacts.
  • Strong experience with the Zephyr Scale plugin and customizing it to fit business requirements.
  • Knowledge of how Jira projects are structured at VCC (e.g., VIRA).
  • Self-motivated and collaborative, with the ability to connect and engage with new people.
  • Interest in understanding user needs and driving outcomes aligned with user journeys.
  • Confidence in facilitating stakeholder forums and detailed requirement discussions.
  • Curious, open-minded, and patient, with an understanding of agile principles and ceremonies.
