Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior DevOps Tech Lead to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on
- Serve as the technical lead within the Cloud Enabling Team, supporting the development of modern CI/CD pipeline and secure cloud-based operating environment in Azure
- Collaborate with DevOps engineers and the architecture team to strategically enhance the cloud platform and expand its services to internal development teams
- Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps tools including Azure Pipelines and Azure Bicep
- Provide technical guidance and hands-on support to development teams, including provisioning environments, troubleshooting, and incident resolution
- Contribute to the automation and modernization of infrastructure through Infrastructure-as-Code practices
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and provide internal training for IT department colleagues in DevOps practices and platform usage
- Ensure reliable integration and use of Azure services such as Azure Functions, Azure App Service, Azure Container Apps, Azure Monitor, and others
- Drive improvements in operational efficiency and scalability of the platform
- Collaborate across units to share insights, align strategies, and apply best practices in cloud-native development
- Participate in additional development assignments requiring DevOps and cloud expertise, as needed throughout the contract period
What you bring
- Minimum 5 years of experience designing and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines in accordance with DevOps principles
- At least 5 years of experience in a DevOps Tech Lead role or equivalent
- Extensive experience (minimum 5 years) with container-based application development and orchestration
- Proven development experience (minimum 5 years) with Java
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience operating Azure services in production environments
- Strong proficiency (minimum 3 years) with Azure Bicep for Infrastructure-as-Code
- Demonstrated experience (minimum 3 years) working with Azure Functions and Azure Pipelines
- Minimum 3 years of experience implementing and managing Infrastructure-as-Code solutions
- Experience (minimum 1 year) in administrative or development roles within a public sector or government agency
- Proficiency in automation and scripting using tools such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in both Swedish and English (English sufficient for this assignment)
- Fluent in English and Swedish.
