What you will work on:
- Develop and optimize diagnostic strategies and fault-tracing solutions for complex machinery and components to enhance reliability and field serviceability.
- Create and maintain Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) descriptions and ensure their alignment with system functionality.
- Define and document service tool operations and support functions to enable efficient troubleshooting.
- Analyze system behavior using function specifications, logs, and technical documentation to identify and resolve root causes.
- Collaborate closely with R&D, software, and service teams throughout the product lifecycle to improve diagnostic capabilities and technical support processes.
What you bring:
- A degree in electronics, mechatronics, software engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience in machine diagnostics, embedded systems, or product development, preferably within construction or heavy equipment.
- Knowledge or hands-on experience with UDS (Unified Diagnostic Services) is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving ability, and a structured approach to documentation and communication.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a proactive and curious attitude toward learning new technologies.
