Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Digital ASIC Designer to join our dynamic team.
What You Will Work On:
- Participate in the complete development process of system-on-chip designs based on IP cores, from architectural design and top-level integration to development, verification, implementation, and prototype validation.
- Take a leading technical role in architectural design, technical investigations, development team leadership, and work package management.
- Provide technical support to customers and the sales organization.
- Develop RTL models of IP cores and system-on-chip designs using VHDL.
- Implement designs in target technologies, including both ASIC and FPGA.
- Conduct verification and FPGA prototyping of designs to ensure quality and functionality.
What You Bring:
- Extensive experience in RTL design using VHDL, including verification and implementation, with a focus on FPGA/ASIC development.
- M.Sc. or Ph.D. in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in verification using VHDL and/or SystemVerilog.
- Experience with FPGA tools from vendors such as Intel/Altera, Microsemi, AMD/Xilinx, Lattice, and/or NanoXplore.
- Knowledge of ASIC design using Synopsys and Cadence synthesis tools, DFT (28nm or more advanced nodes), and PG.
- A strong sense of responsibility for your tasks, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Effective communication skills and a commitment to thorough documentation.
- A passion for solving complex problems and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
