Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Digital Product Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Drive the product roadmap for integration capabilities including Data Transformation, Protocol Transformation, Routing, and Orchestration.
- Deliver off-the-shelf integration products that enable seamless connectivity between senders and receivers.
- Collaborate with stable teams to turn the product roadmap into tangible deliverables aligned with overall strategy and vision.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable product requirements.
- Ensure products are user-centric and provide continuous value through data-driven decision-making.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration between technical and non-technical teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to inform product innovation and maintain competitiveness.
- Support change management initiatives to drive adoption of new products and capabilities.
What you bring:
- Proven experience in Product Management, Team Leadership, or as a Lead Engineer in related fields.
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with business goals.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into product requirements.
- Expertise in Agile Product Management and experience managing product cycles in dynamic environments.
- User-centered mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to convey product vision, progress, and value.
- Ability to work effectively in a global context and across cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of API and event-based integration architectures is advantageous.
- Strong change management skills and a collaborative, solution-oriented approach.
