Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Documentation Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Set requirements, plan, and execute tasks related to technical documentation.
Develop routines, workflows, and templates for information management in collaboration with the CAD/BIM coordinator.
Coordinate and oversee the delivery of technical documents.
Support projects in compiling and following up on technical documentation.
Perform receipt control and manage review workflows for technical documents.
Register and maintain documents within the customer’s internal information management system.
Provide ongoing technical documentation support to active projects.
Administer and manage the customer’s project portal.

What you bring:

Proven knowledge of information management in projects and operations.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Excellent organizational skills with a structured and quality-conscious approach.
Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Good communication skills in Swedish, both written and spoken.
B driver’s license.

Meritorious:

Technical education or extensive experience in information management.
Experience working with technical documents and managing metadata.
Proficiency in Bluebeam.
Experience with project portals such as Interaxo.
