Senior DORA Project Manager - 14110

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior DORA Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Develop and implement test strategies and test programs related to the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA).
Drive initiatives within operational resilience, vulnerability analysis, and risk management.
Manage and oversee areas such as DUST, SATS, and Open Source.
Establish routines, policies, and structures for external risk monitoring.
Lead, prioritize, and coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders and teams.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirements within a complex IT environment.
Contribute to both strategic planning and hands-on implementation of resilience and security measures.

What you bring:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or test management within IT.
Proven experience working with DORA or similar regulatory frameworks.
Strong understanding of IT security, risk management, and compliance.
Ability to drive and deliver results in complex, cross-functional organizations.
Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
Experience from the finance or insurance sector is meritorious.
Relevant project management or test management certifications (e.g. PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2, ISTQB) are an advantage.
Experience in operational resilience, cybersecurity, or incident management is beneficial.
Familiarity with EU regulatory requirements and DORA application processes is an asset.
