Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Dynamics Solution Architect to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Design and implement end-to-end solution architectures within Microsoft Dynamics 365, with a strong focus on Customer Service, Sales, and Field Service modules
Translate business needs into scalable, secure, and efficient system solutions
Lead architectural discussions with stakeholders and guide teams in adopting best practices
Ensure seamless integration between Dynamics 365 and other internal or external systems
Review requirements, define solution roadmaps, and create technical documentation
Support implementation teams during delivery and safeguard architectural integrity
Collaborate with business stakeholders to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency
Contribute to long-term platform strategy, continuous improvement, and system optimization

What you bring:

Strong experience as a Solutions Architect with deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365
Expertise in Customer Service, Sales, and Field Service modules
Proven ability to design, document, and communicate complex solution architectures
Solid understanding of integrations, data flows, and CRM process design
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence technical decisions
Experience from the real estate industry is an advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a business-oriented mindset
Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
