Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior E-Commerce Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Lead the project to replace the current order management system with a new, state-of-the-art solution for a key customer supporting nearly 400 pharmacies and e-commerce operations.
- Coordinate and manage both internal and external teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Align the project with the overarching program plans, ensuring integration with other initiatives.
- Ensure appropriate resource allocation and manage project tasks to meet objectives and deadlines.
- Oversee the project within the agreed budget, tracking progress and making adjustments as needed.
- Proactively identify, assess, and manage potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee testing and pilot implementations, preparing the project for a successful launch.
- Ensure proper handover, documentation, and knowledge transfer to internal teams and relevant stakeholders.
What you bring:
- Proven experience in leading successful IT projects, particularly in system implementation within a large-scale context.
- Strong understanding of order management systems in retail and unified commerce environments.
- Ability to manage communication and relationships with diverse stakeholders, including business leaders, technical teams, and external vendors.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and build strong relationships across IT and business functions.
- Structured, methodical approach with the ability to manage complex projects efficiently.
- Fluent in both Swedish and English.
- Experience in regulated industries, order management, or e-commerce is an advantage.
