Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Electrical Installation Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on

Lead and coordinate daily assembly and installation activities on site
Ensure compliance with regulations, safety procedures, and work environment requirements
Manage schedules, resources, and material flow to secure project progress
Report status, progress, and deviations to project management
Participate in construction meetings and collaborate with other technical disciplines
Take responsibility for documentation, self-checks, and quality assurance

What you bring

Background as an assembly supervisor, supervisor, or equivalent in electrical installation
Electrical education (minimum high school level); authorization is an advantage
Solid knowledge of electrical installations in industry or construction projects
Proven leadership skills in coordinating teams and subcontractors
Eligibility for and ability to pass security screening
Fluent in English and Swedish.
Meritorious: experience in safety-classified environments, construction law, work environment legislation, and digital documentation systems
