Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Electrical, Instrument & Automation Supervisor to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On:

Lead and oversee the assembly of electrical systems, instruments, and automation during the construction phase in Luleå.
Coordinate and manage on-site activities to ensure that assembly processes are executed efficiently and in alignment with project timelines and quality standards.
Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to address technical challenges and ensure seamless integration of systems.
Monitor the progress of assembly work, providing guidance and support to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assembly-related issues, ensuring clear communication and resolution of any concerns during the construction phase.

What You Bring:

Proven experience in leading assembly projects, particularly in electricity, instruments, and automation.
Strong leadership and coordination skills, with the ability to manage on-site teams effectively.
Expertise in electrical systems, instrumentation, and automation processes within construction projects.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming technical challenges.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
