Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Electrical Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Support the manufacturing engineering team with production preparation and quality assurance of electrical assemblies
Inspect and verify electrical assemblies to ensure they meet design intent, functional requirements, and high-quality workmanship standards
Review and interpret electrical schematics to guide assembly and troubleshooting activities
Assess the routing, marking, and overall assembly of internal wiring to ensure a professional and compliant build
Collaborate with design and production teams to identify and resolve issues that affect manufacturability and production flow
Contribute to improving assembly processes and ensuring smooth, high-quality production operations

What you bring:

Hands-on experience in crimping cables and assembling electrical connectors with attention to quality and precision
Ability to identify and distinguish between well-made and poorly executed connectors and assemblies
Strong understanding of basic electrical components, including fuses, cables, connectors, and associated tools
Ability to read and interpret simple electrical diagrams accurately
Practical experience in inspecting and evaluating electrical assemblies for both compliance and workmanship
Problem-solving mindset with an understanding of design-to-production workflows and continuous improvement in manufacturing environments
