Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Electrical Test Engineer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Perform end-to-end test assignments, including circuit calculations, test setup, execution, and technical reporting
- Lead type and development tests in accordance with international standards such as IEC and IEEE
- Act as test leader, guiding and coordinating the team throughout test procedures
- Ensure electrical safety and oversee the equipment and systems under test
- Analyze test data and prepare detailed technical reports in English
- Engage in regular customer interactions, supporting international clients during testing
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and development of laboratory operations and procedures
- Work within a high-performing team environment, promoting collaboration and technical excellence
- Maintain a strong focus on safety and operational integrity, ensuring responsibility for personal actions and team well-being
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with specialization in electrical power or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with high-voltage testing or similar testing activities is highly advantageous
- Familiarity with international testing standards such as IEC and IEEE
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
- Strong aptitude for applying theoretical knowledge in practical scenarios
- Proven ability to work independently under defined parameters and as part of a collaborative team
- A proactive, responsible, and safety-conscious mindset with high attention to detail
