Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Electronics Lab Engineer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on
- Design and verify digital hardware circuits to support telecom product development
- Perform testing and debugging using lab equipment such as signal source analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and oscilloscopes
- Create and maintain technical documentation throughout the product development lifecycle
- Collaborate closely with software, integration, verification, and tools teams to ensure cohesive system-level development
- Engage with external chipset suppliers to align technological progress with customer needs and product goals
- Contribute to continuous improvement in design quality, workflow efficiency, and technical excellence
What you bring
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent field
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in digital hardware design and verification
- Proficiency in using lab equipment including signal source analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and oscilloscopes
- Solid experience with schematic capture and PCB layout tools, preferably Cadence Allegro
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams with minimal supervision
- Strong initiative and independence in solving technical challenges
- A structured, quality-focused mindset with the ability to think strategically and drive improvements
Good to have
- Knowledge in signal and power integrity simulations, as well as EMC theory
- Experience in product development and understanding of product lifecycle management
- A proactive and collaborative attitude with a passion for continuous learning and knowledge sharing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence in supplier and stakeholder interactions
