Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Embedded Software Developer to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On:

Develop and adapt Android Automotive-based infotainment systems for a premium European OEM.
Work as part of a Scrum team, delivering end-to-end Android Platform solutions tailored to the customer’s needs.
Implement software features from concept and requirement definition to development, testing, and validation.
Troubleshoot software issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.
Adapt existing software to meet customer requirements, optimize performance, and ensure seamless hardware compatibility.
Collaborate with third-party suppliers to integrate and deliver high-quality infotainment software.

What You Bring:

Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proficiency in C/C++ development for embedded systems.
Experience with agile software development (Scrum).
Hands-on experience with embedded Android (AOSP, VHAL, AIDL, etc.) and/or Linux development (preferred).
Experience with DevOps for Android development (Android Studio, Git, Gerrit, Coverity, Docker, etc.).
Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Polarion).
Knowledge of microcontrollers, SoCs, and peripheral handling (UART, SPI, I2C, USB, etc.) (meritorious).
Understanding of vehicle diagnostics and automotive networks (CAN, SOME/IP) (meritorious).
Experience with Kotlin, Java, and/or low-level programming (meritorious).
Awareness of SPICE processes (meritorious).
