Assignment Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Embedded Software Developer

What You Will Work On

  • Develop software solutions in C for embedded systems
  • Design and implement tools and applications using Python
  • Develop and maintain software running on Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS)
  • Participate in software architecture, design, and implementation activities
  • Verify and validate embedded software solutions
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues
  • Optimize software performance, stability, and reliability
  • Collaborate with systems engineering and testing teams
  • Participate in requirements analysis and technical planning
  • Conduct code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
  • Support continuous improvement of development processes and software quality
  • Contribute to the development of next-generation embedded technology platforms

What You Bring

  • 5–10 years of professional software development experience
  • Strong expertise in C programming
  • Solid experience developing applications and tools in Python
  • Hands-on experience with Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS)
  • Experience working in Linux-based development environments
  • Strong understanding of embedded systems and low-level software development
  • Experience with software design, implementation, and testing
  • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional engineering teams
  • Professional communication skills in both Swedish and English
