Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Embedded Software Specialist to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Developing embedded software solutions from concept to delivery, including understanding user needs, implementing functionality, and ensuring high-quality results in an agile setup
- Contributing to the development of driver interaction features including displays, stalks, and switches
- Implementing core logic in embedded C and supporting HMI visualization in C++/Qt
- Developing software primarily for the Driver Information Module (instrument cluster) running on a dual-processor architecture with AUTOSAR on the vehicle side and Linux/Yocto on the graphical side
- Working with communication technologies such as CAN, LIN, and Ethernet, including SOME-IP, STOMP, and display sharing
- Participating in a Scrum team of approximately six members with a dedicated Product Owner and Scrum Master
- Supporting continuous integration and automated regression testing, ensuring long-term stability and ownership of the team’s product
- Collaborating within a cross-functional environment and contributing to continuous improvements in tools, methods, and processes
What you bring:
- Strong experience as an application developer with hands-on work across the full development cycle
- Solid competence in embedded C, AUTOSAR environments, and implementation according to ISO 26262 functional safety requirements
- Experience in C++/Qt is highly beneficial
- Ability to work effectively in agile teams with a collaborative, curious, and fast-learning mindset
- Understanding of vehicle communication technologies such as CAN, LIN, and Ethernet
- Experience with SOME-IP and related communication frameworks is an advantage
- Familiarity with Linux/Yocto-based systems is a plus
- Knowledge of truck systems is a qualification but not required
- Commitment to high-quality development, continuous integration, automated testing, and long-term product ownership
