Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior EMC Engineer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Conduct EMC testing on both components and complete vehicles
- Provide EMC design support during the development of vehicles and components
- Review EMC test setups, procedures, and reports for accuracy and compliance
- Develop EMC requirements and define appropriate test methods
- Perform EMI/ESD testing and troubleshooting activities
- Conduct root cause analysis for EMC-related issues and recommend solutions
- Participate in design reviews to ensure adherence to EMC requirements
- Utilize simulation tools to model and optimize EMC behavior
- Ensure compliance with international EMC standards, such as CISPR and ISO
- Create and maintain EMC test plans, procedures, and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across hardware, software, and mechanical disciplines
- Interface with OEMs, suppliers, and certification authorities as required
What you bring:
- Degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Hands-on experience with EMC test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, signal generators, LISNs, and GTEM cells
- Solid understanding of automotive EMC standards, including: CISPR 25 (radio disturbance), ISO 11452 (immunity testing), UNECE Regulation No. 10
- Experience with EMC simulation tools such as CST Studio Suite or ANSYS HFSS
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex EMI/EMC issues in vehicle systems
- Project experience in vehicle electrification or autonomous systems
Meriting qualifications:
- Experience with electrical or embedded systems in commercial vehicles
- Possession of a C or CE driver’s license
