Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager – Team Development & Continuous Improvement to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Establish and enhance working methods and processes to improve team efficiency and outcomes.
- Build, lead, and mentor technical teams, promoting a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Ensure effective onboarding and training processes to integrate new team members smoothly.
- Support collaboration and communication across teams, fostering alignment and shared goals.
- Coach teams and individuals to enhance delivery and impact, with a focus on stakeholder management and effective communication.
- Identify and resolve issues proactively within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Cultivate a culture rooted in commitment, cooperation, and a sense of enjoyment in work, creating a positive and supportive team atmosphere.
What you bring:
- 3-5 years of leadership experience in agile, fast-moving environments with a track record of supporting high-performing teams.
- Experience as a developer, with subsequent growth into architecture or organizational leadership roles.
- Background in dynamic, fast-growing companies with flat hierarchies and a high degree of adaptability to change.
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills, with an ability to provide constructive feedback and guidance.
- A passion for fostering growth, helping people realize their potential, and delivering value in an effective and impactful way.
- Fluent in English and Swedish.
