Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Enterprise Architect to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Translate group strategy into executable architecture direction across multiple brands and markets
- Define and maintain target architecture, guiding principles, and technology roadmaps
- Enable shared platforms and reusable capabilities to accelerate delivery and reduce complexity
- Perform architectural analysis of regulations, business requirements, and solution proposals
- Own and evolve enterprise capability maps and target state architectures
- Lead architectural governance, ensuring adherence to principles, standards, and reference architectures
- Align architecture across group and brand portfolios to secure long-term business value
- Model, visualize, and communicate complex enterprise landscapes using EA tools
- Support decision-making by evaluating architectural impacts and strategic fit
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across business, IT, and engineering domains
What you bring:
- Proven experience defining and implementing target architectures in large organizations
- Strong understanding of modern architecture patterns: integration, APIs, microservices, event-driven design, MDM/data, and security
- Experience with architecture frameworks and tools such as SAFe, Sparx EA, LeanIX, UML and/or BPMN
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (preferably AWS), integration technologies (API/event/messaging), and data analytics
- Strategic mindset combined with the ability to make pragmatic decisions
- Ability to simplify complexity and drive standardization and reuse while respecting business needs
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in both Swedish and English
- Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage but not mandatory
