Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Enterprise Architect to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Translate group strategy into executable architecture direction across multiple brands and markets
• Define and maintain target architecture, guiding principles, and technology roadmaps
• Enable shared platforms and reusable capabilities to accelerate delivery and reduce complexity
• Perform architectural analysis of regulations, business requirements, and solution proposals
• Own and evolve enterprise capability maps and target state architectures
• Lead architectural governance, ensuring adherence to principles, standards, and reference architectures
• Align architecture across group and brand portfolios to secure long-term business value
• Model, visualize, and communicate complex enterprise landscapes using EA tools
• Support decision-making by evaluating architectural impacts and strategic fit
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across business, IT, and engineering domains

What you bring:

• Proven experience defining and implementing target architectures in large organizations
• Strong understanding of modern architecture patterns: integration, APIs, microservices, event-driven design, MDM/data, and security
• Experience with architecture frameworks and tools such as SAFe, Sparx EA, LeanIX, UML and/or BPMN
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (preferably AWS), integration technologies (API/event/messaging), and data analytics
• Strategic mindset combined with the ability to make pragmatic decisions
• Ability to simplify complexity and drive standardization and reuse while respecting business needs
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in both Swedish and English
• Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage but not mandatory
