Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Enterprise Architect to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Translate group strategy into executable architecture direction across multiple brands and markets
Define and maintain target architecture, guiding principles, and technology roadmaps
Enable shared platforms and reusable capabilities to accelerate delivery and reduce complexity
Perform architectural analysis of regulations, business requirements, and solution proposals
Own and evolve enterprise capability maps and target state architectures
Lead architectural governance, ensuring adherence to principles, standards, and reference architectures
Align architecture across group and brand portfolios to secure long-term business value
Model, visualize, and communicate complex enterprise landscapes using EA tools
Support decision-making by evaluating architectural impacts and strategic fit
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across business, IT, and engineering domains

What you bring:

Proven experience defining and implementing target architectures in large organizations
Strong understanding of modern architecture patterns: integration, APIs, microservices, event-driven design, MDM/data, and security
Experience with architecture frameworks and tools such as SAFe, Sparx EA, LeanIX, UML and/or BPMN
Knowledge of cloud platforms (preferably AWS), integration technologies (API/event/messaging), and data analytics
Strategic mindset combined with the ability to make pragmatic decisions
Ability to simplify complexity and drive standardization and reuse while respecting business needs
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in both Swedish and English
Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage but not mandatory
