Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Environmental / HSE Specialist to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Support inspections, incident reporting, environmental monitoring, and legal compliance at the facility
• Assess risks related to hazardous substance transport, define protective measures, and ensure compliance with dangerous goods regulations
• Participate in project meetings and collaborate with local units to gather and analyze relevant data
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to prevent hazardous conditions in both the workplace and the external environment
• Investigate accidents and environmental incidents, working with engineers, management, and authorities to identify root causes and prevent recurrence
• Provide advice, training, and audits on safety procedures to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
• Maintain constructive relationships with community stakeholders, environmental organizations, and regulatory bodies regarding environmental performance

What you bring:

• Solid experience in environmental management and regulatory compliance
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in cross-functional teams
• Proven experience in accident investigation, risk assessment, and safety training
• Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written
