Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Equipment Approval Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Coordinate equipment acceptance activities, collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless processes.
Collect, compile, and review technical documentation to support the equipment approval process.
Ensure compliance with required directives and standards for equipment and components.
Manage time-sensitive tasks, ensuring project deadlines and goals are met effectively.
Collaborate with internal clients to guide and support them throughout the approval process.
Monitor progress, resolve issues, and align stakeholders to maintain project momentum.

What you bring:

Proven experience in coordinating activities or small projects.
Familiarity with technical documentation and QC/QA processes.
Knowledge of CE marking and relevant standards (experience with electrical systems is a plus).
A problem-solving mindset with the ability to think strategically and understand broader project goals.
Strong initiative and self-motivation to take responsibility and drive tasks forward.
Structured and analytical approach to problem-solving.
Effective collaboration skills, with the ability to work within teams and engage with diverse stakeholders.
A results-driven focus, ensuring activities are completed efficiently and effectively.
