Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Equipment Approval Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Coordinate activities and small-scale projects related to equipment approval for scientific systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to manage and review technical documentation.
- Ensure equipment and components comply with relevant directives and standards within the NSS project scope.
- Conduct and support equipment acceptance activities in cooperation with internal clients.
- Drive progress by identifying and resolving issues, keeping activities on track under tight time constraints.
- Maintain structured communication with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Take responsibility for coordinating approval tasks while balancing rigour and solution-oriented thinking.
- Compile, collect, and review technical documentation to support compliance and acceptance processes.
What you bring:
- Proven experience coordinating technical activities or small projects.
- Familiarity with quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) processes.
- Competence in working with technical documentation and regulatory standards (e.g., CE marking).
- Ability to manage tasks independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
- A structured, analytical approach with a focus on outcomes and deadlines.
- Problem-solving mindset with initiative and the ability to see the bigger picture.
- Previous exposure to electrical systems is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong sense of responsibility and conscientiousness, with an emphasis on achieving results over deep technical expertise.
