Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Equipment Approval Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Coordinate activities and small-scale projects related to equipment approval for scientific systems.
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to manage and review technical documentation.
Ensure equipment and components comply with relevant directives and standards within the NSS project scope.
Conduct and support equipment acceptance activities in cooperation with internal clients.
Drive progress by identifying and resolving issues, keeping activities on track under tight time constraints.
Maintain structured communication with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
Take responsibility for coordinating approval tasks while balancing rigour and solution-oriented thinking.
Compile, collect, and review technical documentation to support compliance and acceptance processes.

What you bring:

Proven experience coordinating technical activities or small projects.
Familiarity with quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) processes.
Competence in working with technical documentation and regulatory standards (e.g., CE marking).
Ability to manage tasks independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
A structured, analytical approach with a focus on outcomes and deadlines.
Problem-solving mindset with initiative and the ability to see the bigger picture.
Previous exposure to electrical systems is an advantage but not mandatory.
Strong sense of responsibility and conscientiousness, with an emphasis on achieving results over deep technical expertise.
