Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Equipment Electrical Technician to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On:

• Inspect and modify control cabinets of manufacturing equipment, ensuring both power and control circuits are in good working condition and meet the correct standards.
• Install and configure sensors, motors, and other electrical devices in machinery for internal projects.
• Troubleshoot and update wiring and connections of commissioning and production equipment.
• Read and follow electrical diagrams to ensure accurate execution of tasks.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems related to earthing, short circuits, and incorrect cabling.
• Collaborate with equipment suppliers on factory acceptance tests (FAT), installation supervision, commissioning, and site acceptance tests (SAT).
• Provide hands-on technical support for production and commissioning equipment.

What You Bring:

• An associate degree in Electrical Technology or equivalent, or relevant on-the-job qualifications with a proven record of accomplishments.
• Experience in the design and inspection of electrical systems, control cabinets, and safety circuits.
• A solid understanding of electrical circuit diagrams and strong technical knowledge of electrical components.
• Proficiency in using electrical hand tools and diagnostic equipment, including digital multimeters and insulation testers.
• Experience with electrical systems verifications such as insulation resistance tests, functional tests, grounding tests, and EMC tests.
• High computer literacy with proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Hands-on experience with production equipment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Certification or licensing in the electrical field.
• Wiring/Panel builder certification.
• Work experience in a multicultural workplace and the manufacturing industry.
• Experience working with a machinery integrator or OEM.
• Experience with industrial safety equipment and systems.
• Experience with IEC 60204 electrical compliance tests (bonding, voltage, insulation, protection against residual voltage, functional tests, etc.).
