Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior ERP Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Lead a critical project within a major ERP transformation initiative, focusing on outbound order management within supply chain operations
• Drive the detailed design phase for release R4.0 of the ERP program, enabling the transition from legacy logistics and finance systems to a modern standards-based platform
• Collaborate closely with the program leadership team, ensuring alignment with overall strategic goals and delivery timelines
• Engage and coordinate with both business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, define solutions, and facilitate decision-making
• Manage project resources, timelines, and budget with a focus on efficient planning and risk mitigation
• Lead solution and project teams, while providing structured reporting to program leadership
• Navigate complex organizational environments, ensuring all interdependencies across logistics, transport management, and warehouse systems are considered
• Steer technical solution discussions when necessary, ensuring coherence between ERP and surrounding systems
• Support the implementation phase, ensuring the design translates effectively into executable solutions

What you bring:

• Extensive experience in project management, particularly in complex, cross-functional ERP implementations
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes with specific expertise in outbound order management
• Familiarity with implementation and integration of standard ERP systems with surrounding platforms such as transport and warehouse management systems
• Ability to work confidently in both agile and traditional delivery models, including tools such as Jira
• Demonstrated capability to manage large, dynamic projects in evolving environments with shifting priorities
• Experience working with large and complex organizations, effectively managing diverse stakeholder groups
• Proven ability to provide clear direction, maintain delivery focus, and energize teams in high-pressure situations
• Excellent communication skills and ability to drive collaboration across business and IT
• Personal traits including humility, drive, courage, high collaboration skills, integrity, and strategic thinking
