Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior ERP Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Lead and drive the ERP implementation with responsibility for planning, follow-up, and delivery
Coordinate stakeholders and ensure progress in a complex project landscape
Support the business in setting and prioritizing requirements related to finance, economics, and reporting
Manage dependencies and integrations with other systems
Contribute to training efforts and support the organization’s change management journey
Ensure delivery against tight deadlines with a focus on quality and efficiency

What you bring:

Documented experience in leading large-scale ERP implementations
Strong background in finance and economics-related processes
Proven ability to manage projects with high complexity and multiple stakeholders
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics (meritorious)
Experience in system integrations with reporting and control systems (meritorious)
Experience in training and change management during system implementations (meritorious)
Structured, analytical, and results-oriented approach
Ability to perform under pressure, maintain focus, and deliver solutions efficiently
