Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Expert Consultant to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Contribute expert knowledge to the national follow-up of the action plan for tissue donation and transplantation
- Lead work in collaboration with investigators and relevant stakeholders to drive initiatives connected to the action plan
- Develop, establish and implement new projects linked to prioritized measures
- Plan, coordinate and execute project activities, ensuring progress, quality and clear documentation
- Support regulatory-related work in the tissue area, including tasks connected to the Human Materials Regulation and adaptation to new requirements
- Contribute to additional assignments within tissue donation and transplantation where your professional expertise adds value
- Collaborate across organizational boundaries to strengthen national processes, harmonization and knowledge development in the field
What you bring:
- Expert knowledge and proven experience within tissue donation, transplantation or adjacent medical/regulatory areas
- Strong ability to lead, plan and implement complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Experience working with national strategies, action plans or regulated healthcare domains
- Good understanding of regulatory frameworks such as the Human Materials Regulation and their implications for healthcare operations
- Strong analytical and structured working style with the ability to translate complex issues into clear recommendations
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with investigators, authorities and clinical partners
- A proactive, solution-oriented and responsible approach, with the ability to independently drive work forward while ensuring high quality
- Fluent in English and Swedish.
