Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Expert Consultant – Financial Systems Implementation to join our dynamic team.
What You Will Work On:
- Provide expert advice on the implementation and ongoing support of pre-systems for Unit4 ERP.
- Lead and support the potential introduction and integration of a new financial system.
- Drive and manage change initiatives to ensure smooth transitions from current systems to new solutions.
- Work closely with the financial unit under the direct management of the authority, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Regularly report on agreed working hours and deliverables, maintaining transparency through ongoing reconciliations with the accounting officer or designated contact.
What You Bring:
- At least 10 years in business and organizational development consulting.
- Proven track record in leading significant consulting assignments in operational and organizational development.
- Experience in driving change management initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with senior executives and stakeholders.
- Strong project management experience, with the capability to lead and deliver complex projects.
- Ability to work independently with customer responsibility, delivering high-quality results.
- A relevant academic education that supports your expertise in financial systems.
- At least 5 years of recent experience as an accounting officer in other government authorities.
- In-depth knowledge of government accounting practices.
- Extensive technical knowledge of Unit4 ERP (Agresso).
- Ability to independently design, streamline, and implement financial processes and system solutions within Unit4 ERP.
