Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Feature Leader – Reliability Engineering (Automotive) to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Lead feature development with a focus on reliability engineering across various product domains
- Analyze and interpret complex engineering challenges using physical and mathematical models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable performance of mechanical systems
- Plan and execute physical verification activities and complete vehicle testing
- Drive feature and attribute development aligned with project goals and customer expectations
- Support the implementation of quality engineering methodologies and reliability processes
- Provide input and guidance throughout the product development cycle to enhance system reliability
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and knowledge sharing within the engineering organization
What you bring:
- M.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Over five years of relevant engineering experience, preferably in the automotive sector
- Proven background in mechanical product development across multiple domains
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to apply physical and mathematical modeling to solve engineering challenges
- Experience in physical verification and complete vehicle testing
- Familiarity with feature and attribute development processes
- Solid understanding of quality engineering principles and process improvement
- Deep expertise in reliability engineering is highly valued
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
