Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Field Engineer E/I/C(A) to join our dynamic team.
What You Will Work On:
- Lead and organize Field Engineer activities within the E/I/C(A) discipline, ensuring alignment with client requirements, project scope, budget, and timelines.
- Provide technical support to the construction team by addressing and resolving site queries promptly.
- Follow up on actions approved by the Supervisor, managing minor design issues and implementing necessary field changes.
- Collaborate with the Supervisor to resolve major design challenges, ensuring practical and effective solutions.
- Secure necessary approvals from relevant engineering disciplines for proposed design changes, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
- Assist with Punch walkdowns to verify that all project components meet quality and safety standards.
What You Bring:
- A B.Sc. in Engineering or equivalent qualification, with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in similar projects, with a strong understanding of the challenges encountered in E/I/C(A) field engineering.
- Strong problem-solving skills, capable of managing both minor and major design issues on-site.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling effective coordination between the Engineering and Construction teams.
- Authorization to address and resolve site queries, ensuring the project remains on track.
