Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Financial Controller to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Support financial planning and reporting activities, including budgeting, forecasting, three-year planning and performance follow-up
- Compile, consolidate and analyze financial results, balance sheet data and key performance indicators
- Prepare high-quality financial reports and decision-support material for management and stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvements within financial processes with focus on efficiency, quality, and transparency
- Identify, propose and implement improvements through standardization, automation and digitalization
- Collaborate with Accounting Business Partners in joint project initiatives and improvement activities
- Ensure accurate financial data structures to enable advanced analytics, automation and AI-driven insights
- Contribute to developing best practices for reporting, data governance and process optimization
What you bring:
- Proven experience in financial controlling, business controlling or FP&A roles
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to transform data into actionable insights
- Hands-on experience working with SAP and Qlik Sense or other modern BI and data visualization tools
- Proven ability to structure data for automation and digital reporting workflows
- Experience in setting requirements for data quality, standardization and governance
- High proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- Curious and proactive mindset with strong drive for continuous improvement
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate financial insights clearly to stakeholders
- Familiarity with AI-supported analysis and reporting tools is an advantage
- Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy and delivery in a dynamic business environment
