Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Flow Initiative Owner – VCT Installation eMob (Automotive Sector) to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Act as the Flow Initiative Owner (FiO) within the VCT Installation eMob organization for our automotive client in Södertälje
- Lead and coordinate flow initiatives with a strong focus on planning, structure, and execution
- Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables with precision, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support and implement installation flows in the eMob area
- Analyze complex systems and project information to identify key dependencies and areas for optimization
- Propose and implement improvements with a balance of innovation and practical feasibility
- Contribute to long-term strategic objectives while managing day-to-day project challenges

- Proven experience as an object manager or in a similar leadership role within automotive or industrial projects
- Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
