Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Flow Initiative Owner – VCT Installation eMob (Automotive Sector) to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Act as the Flow Initiative Owner (FiO) within the VCT Installation eMob organization for our automotive client in Södertälje
Lead and coordinate flow initiatives with a strong focus on planning, structure, and execution
Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables with precision, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Collaborate cross-functionally to support and implement installation flows in the eMob area
Analyze complex systems and project information to identify key dependencies and areas for optimization
Propose and implement improvements with a balance of innovation and practical feasibility
Contribute to long-term strategic objectives while managing day-to-day project challenges

What you bring:

Proven experience as an object manager or in a similar leadership role within automotive or industrial projects
Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Analytical mindset with the ability to understand complex systems and draw logical conclusions
Considerate and empathetic communicator who listens well and values collaboration
Creative and innovative thinker who explores new approaches to solve recurring challenges
Solution-oriented and proactive in addressing problems and overcoming obstacles
Structured work approach with a clear process orientation and attention to follow-through
Fluent in English with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
