Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Flow Initiative Owner/Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Drive and coordinate cross-functional assignments as a Flow Initiative Owner/Project Manager
• Lead and secure deliveries within or across value flows
• Act as the bridge between stakeholders and value flows to ensure alignment and progress
• Manage projects in a flow-oriented organization, applying structured methods to achieve results
• Collaborate closely with process and system teams to secure smooth execution and delivery

What you bring:

• Documented experience as a Project Manager or Flow Initiative Owner
• Solid knowledge and hands-on experience working with the SAFe method
• Proven track record of working within process and systems environments
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and alignment across stakeholders
• Structured, proactive, and initiative-driven approach to work
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Experience managing projects in a flow-oriented organization is meriting
