Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior FPGA Developer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Contribute to the development and enhancement of FPGA solutions, driving innovation and performance optimization.
Collaborate closely with a team of senior FPGA developers, working on both new product development and maintenance of existing solutions.
Engage in project-based work, managing full-cycle FPGA development from initial concept to implementation.
Lead initiatives to improve development processes and optimize the overall development environment.
Utilize tools and platforms such as VHDL, Git, Jenkins, and Matlab to develop and test FPGA solutions.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure FPGA solutions align with broader project goals and requirements.

What you bring:

At least 5 years of hands-on experience in FPGA development, with demonstrated expertise in: VHDL, Git, Jenkins, Matlab, Linux
Proven experience with FPGA tools and chips such as: Quartus/Intel, Vivado/Xilinx (AMD), Radiant/Lattice
Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Confluence and Jira.
Ability to work independently and, when needed, lead smaller teams and mentor junior developers.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing technical challenges.
Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
