Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior FPGA Lead to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Leading a team of FPGA developers and hardware integrators in the development of neutron scattering systems control systems and data paths.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to drive the development of controls, monitoring, and data pipelines.
  • Planning and executing testing and verification activities in close cooperation with stakeholders.
  • Leading international development projects, ensuring alignment and progress across multiple teams.
  • Reporting on progress periodically to the work package manager and contributing to the agile development process.

What you bring:

  • Extensive experience as a project leader with a proven track record of leading and driving projects independently.
  • Ability to take initiative and adapt in dynamic, evolving, and sometimes unstructured environments.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of effectively interacting in a multidisciplinary and multicultural setting.
  • Experience working in international project teams with diverse technical backgrounds.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is sufficient for this assignment.
